Fair and Show 2025
The first Mingara Orchid Club Inc. show for 2025 will be the Annual Mingara Orchid Fair & Show. Dates are locked in for 28th - 29th June 2025, at the Mingara Recreation club, Tumbi Umbi.
NOTE: Registrations will take place on Friday the 27th.

2025 REGISTRATIONS & PRE-REGISTRATIONS
All on site registrations must be completed by 12.30pm, Friday 27th June and all pre-registration must be completed by 8pm Thursday 26th June.
You can save time on registration day by filling out your registration form beforehand.
The the show schedule is available here for the classes, and you can download the registration sheet here to pre-fill and bring with you, or pre-register by emailing it to: [email protected]
It would be appreciated if pre-registration forms were typed in on the form, rather than hand written and scanned, as this will allow us to copy rather than having to type in all the details.
If you do pre-register, mention this at the registration desk.
There will be an updated registration form with pre-allocated numbers available and it will save everyone some time.
If you made last minute changes, don't worry. Our registration team is trained to deal with additions, deletions and other changes, but must let them know.

The first Mingara Orchid Club Inc. show for 2024 was the Annual Mingara Orchid Fair & Show held on the 29th - 30th of June 2024, at the Mingara Recreation club, Tumbi Umbi.

The winner of the Maree Smith Perpetual Trophy as the Grand Champion for the show went to Rod Nurthern for his Paphiopedilum Wonderful World ‘Lockerbie. This plant was also awarded the Champion Cypripediodeae Hybrid
- 3,300 people pass through the show over the weekend.
- 423 plants registered for judging from:
- 55 exhibitors from:
- 10 club displays,
- Plus additional exhibits from Gosford Bonsai & Susan's Succulents.
- 22 vendors for all your orchid growing needs.
This was all achieved with the assistance of our
